Why Following Your Dharma Deeply Transforms Your Life
Why Following Your Dharma Deeply Transforms Your Life
For a long time, we try to solve our problems.
We want to understand why certain situations keep repeating themselves, why some relationships make us suffer, or why we feel as though we are going around in circles.
This stage is essential.
It is what I call the work of karma.
But eventually, another question arises.
What am I going to do with my life now?
That is the moment when dharma begins.
Dharma Is Not a Reward
Many people imagine that dharma arrives once everything has been resolved.
As if life suddenly became perfect.
In reality, that is not what I observe.
Dharma is not a reward.
It is a direction.
It does not promise you a life without difficulties.
It invites you to live a life that finally reflects who you truly are.
Karma Explains the Past. Dharma Builds the Future
Karma helps you understand:
why certain situations keep repeating themselves;
why you always attract the same kinds of people;
why certain fears return again and again;
why you sometimes feel unable to move forward.
Dharma asks a different question.
What am I going to create from this moment on?
The moment you stop automatically repeating your past, a new space opens before you.
You no longer live only in reaction.
You begin to choose.
Following Your Dharma Sometimes Requires Reorganizing Everything
Following your dharma is not simply about changing careers.
It can transform your entire way of living.
Some people change the way they love.
Others change the rhythm of their lives.
Some finally dare to create the project that has been calling them for years.
Others simply learn how to say no.
Sometimes the change is spectacular.
Sometimes it is almost invisible.
But inwardly, everything becomes more coherent.
Dharma Brings Greater Flow
When we follow a direction that truly aligns with who we are, many things become easier.
Decisions require less effort.
Relationships feel more natural.
Projects move forward with greater stability.
This does not mean there are no longer any obstacles.
It simply means we stop fighting against our own path.
Why Is It Sometimes So Difficult to Follow Your Dharma?
Because karma is always trying to pull us back toward what is already familiar.
Even when that familiar situation causes us pain.
The unknown is frightening.
Our minds often prefer familiar suffering over unfamiliar freedom.
That is why so many people feel they should change their lives... yet never manage to take the first step.
The true transition from karma to dharma begins when that old sense of security is no longer enough.
A Karma Reading Helps You Rediscover Your Dharma
During a karma reading, I do not observe only wounds or karmic memories.
I also observe your strengths.
Your natural abilities.
Your potential.
The directions that are already beginning to emerge within you.
Very often, people come to see me because they feel that one chapter of their life has come to an end.
Without knowing what is meant to begin.
A karma reading then helps illuminate this new inner direction.
Not by deciding for you.
But by revealing what is already seeking to express itself through you.
Dharma Is Not a Goal. It Is a Way of Living.
Many people believe that one day they will finally discover their life's purpose.
As though there were a single moment when everything would suddenly become clear.
In my approach, dharma is far more alive than that.
It evolves with you.
Every choice that is aligned with who you truly are brings you closer to it.
Every realization allows you to leave behind an old way of functioning and create a new one.
Dharma is not a destination.
It is the way you now choose to inhabit your own life.
Conclusion
Understanding your karma allows you to give meaning to your past.
Living your dharma allows you to build your future.
One does not replace the other.
They complement each other.
Karma reveals the unconscious patterns that keep repeating themselves.
Dharma opens a space of creation, freedom, and coherence where you can finally live a life that is no longer based solely on your history, but on the person you choose to become.
