Article 2 – Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all services offered by CASEOR via https://www.caseor.com and by any other contact means (phone, email).
Any booking implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms by the client.
Article 3 – Description of services
CASEOR offers the following services:
- Adult session (individual) — Karmic, emotional and transgenerational reading. ~45 min. Remote (phone/WhatsApp) or in person (Meximieux). Price: €80.
- Starter package — 3 sessions — 3 sessions within 1 month. Price: €225.
- Child / teen session (under 18) — With a parent present. ~45 min. Price: €65.
- Individual couple / transgenerational session — Price: €80.
- Karmic cleansing of home or workplace — Remote, worldwide. Price: €160.
- Emergency session (off schedule) — Price: €95.
- Business services (excl. VAT + 20% VAT) — Adult: €80 excl. / €96 incl. Package: €225 / €270. Cleansing: €160 / €192. Emergency: €95 / €114.
Sessions are conducted exclusively in French. CASEOR reserves the right to change prices at any time. Prices displayed at booking apply.
Article 4 – Booking
Booking is made via the online system at https://www.caseor.com/reservation or by email to angelique@caseor.com.
Booking is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email. The client agrees to provide valid contact details and be available at the scheduled time.
Article 5 – Payment
- Cheque (payable to Angélique CHAPUIS)
- Bank transfer (details provided on request)
- Cash (in person in Meximieux only)
Payment is due before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. CASEOR does not accept credit cards directly. Failure to pay results in cancellation without refund.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, with the consumer's express agreement and waiver of withdrawal rights.
By booking a session, the client expressly waives the right of withdrawal once the service has been performed.
Article 7 – Cancellation and rescheduling
Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be sent by email to angelique@caseor.com at least 48 hours before the session.
- Cancellation > 48h before: free rescheduling (1 maximum per service).
- Cancellation < 48h before: no refund, no rescheduling.
- Cancellation due to recent energy healing or other practice: not accepted, no refund.
- No-show: full payment due, no refund.
CASEOR may cancel or reschedule due to force majeure. In that case, the client receives a full refund or free rescheduling.
Article 8 – Nature and limits of services
CASEOR services are personal development and karmic reading support, complementary in nature. They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric or therapeutic acts.
In case of severe psychological distress, clients are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional. Results vary by individual. CASEOR cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Article 9 – Confidentiality
All information exchanged during sessions is strictly confidential. Angélique CHAPUIS (EI) will not disclose personal information to third parties except where legally required.
Article 10 – Liability
CASEOR cannot be held liable for effects felt after a session (temporary fatigue, emotional fluctuations, temporary physical sensations), which are normal and transient. The client assumes full responsibility for decisions made following a session.

Article 12 – Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. Amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the courts of Bourg-en-Bresse (Ain) shall have jurisdiction.
