When to consult?
Consult when you feel a need for release, inner cleansing or guidance. There is no universal « right time »: your feelings are your best guide. The pace of sessions is free and adapted to your own path.
Memory work is fully compatible with other forms of support (therapy, energy healing, medical or psychological care). It complements them without replacing them.

Possible effects after a session
- Temporary fatigue or a floating sensation
- Temporary intensification of physical sensations
- Emotional fluctuations (tears, sadness, sudden lightness…)
- Subtle changes in thoughts, perceptions or relationships
These effects are normal, temporary and reflect the transformation process underway.

Practical terms
- Format: remote (phone/WhatsApp, French only) or in person in Meximieux
- Duration: approximately 35 to 45 minutes
- Booking: online via the calendar or by email
- Cancellation: at least 48h notice. Cancellation due to recent energy healing: not accepted.
- Payment: cheque, transfer or cash. Prices on Pricing & Booking.
