Who are you? Where are you? Where are you hiding?
These are the fundamental questions, those that mark the path of spiritual development. These questions are not simple curiosities, but profound invitations to enter within oneself, to explore what one truly is, beyond appearances and illusions.
Spiritual development is this visceral desire to find oneself, to reconnect with one's deep essence, with one's soul.
But yes, who is this soul?
It is this larger, vaster “me” that has chosen to incarnate here and now to experience life in all its nuances. It is this part of us that knows everything about ALL, that is wisdom, intuition and infinite love.
She is the one who knows us better than anyone else, who guides us from the shadows and loves us unconditionally, much more than we sometimes dare to love ourselves.
She is our spark of truth, our inner flame.
However, accessing this depth, this light which animates us, requires an inner journey , a healing process which is sometimes long, but always liberating.
Healing means untangling the invisible threads of our fears, our wounds, our limiting beliefs.
Spiritual development goes far beyond the eternal question: “Who am I?” .
It is about going beyond the masks we wear, the veils imposed by education, the collective beliefs of good and evil, and even religious dogmas. It is a quest for truth , that of the unique and singular being that we are, with our feelings, our emotions, and our own essence.
Everyone can do spiritual development. Everyone, in their own way, takes this path, consciously or unconsciously. It is a universal quest: that of oneself, of one's abilities, of one's most precious gifts. A search for one's needs, one's deep desires, those that drive us and allow us to survive, but above all to live fully.
Spiritual development is becoming aware that we are unique beings, made of love, joy, and light. It is realizing that we evolve in a universe where everyone has their place, regardless of their actions or thoughts , because each individual contributes to the balance of the whole.
We are all interconnected, and everyone is essential.
We all carry within us an extraordinary potential. The potential to heal, to transform ourselves, to flourish. We have the power to see ourselves differently, to fully accept ourselves and to find this luminous being that we have chosen to embody by coming to this Earth.
So who are you, spiritual development? And he answers, simply: "I am finally ME."
