Self-Work and Healing Karma: When the Quest Becomes the Blockage

For several years now, many of us have embarked on a path of personal development. You've read, tested, and explored.

You've multiplied the sessions, the practices, the trainers, the tools. And yet, a nagging feeling persists: that of not having really made progress.

As a karma reader, I very often receive people who, after years of "working on themselves," come to me exhausted, frustrated, sometimes discouraged. They say to me: "I've already worked on that," or even: "Why does it keep coming back?"

These questions are essential.

And they lead to a profound reflection: what if self-work had become a belief? What if healing itself was karma? The answer is yes.

The belief in working on oneself

In our modern society, self-analysis has become almost second nature. We have become masters in the art of taking charge of ourselves. We have become our own coaches, psychologists, guides. We have taken training courses, met with dozens of therapists, and tried hypnosis, constellations, magnetism, breathing, shamanism, and more.

This desire to heal is honorable. It often stems from a deep desire to feel free and at peace. But it sometimes transforms, insidiously, into a permanent demand . We seek to become the best version of ourselves, to "cleanse" ourselves of all wounds, to understand everything, to transform everything. Healing then becomes a goal to achieve , a result to obtain.

And at that moment, she herself becomes a karma .

Healing Karma: A Cycle of Demand

What I call "healing karma" is the cycle we get stuck in by trying to heal at all costs. As long as we want to heal, we remain focused on what's wrong. We remain in a mental posture of "fixing." And this posture doesn't allow us to let go.

In karma reading, we change planes. We leave mental consciousness. We no longer "work" on ourselves: we release what was blocked without even knowing what it was . We search in the invisible layers, in the unconscious, in the deep memories and those "responsible" for our situation.

And there, often, themes that you have already encountered come back. Not because you did it wrong. But because the knot was deeper. Because the mind only had access to the surface. Because it wasn't you who did it wrong, it's just that you didn't have access to that place yet.

Letting go: no longer carrying your healing

When you come to a karma reading, you are passing on a baton. It is a time when you are no longer in charge . You no longer need to narrate or analyze. You simply allow me to access your memories, and it is from there that the work is done, by your soul, through me.

And that is true letting go. It is no longer taking care of your own healing . It is trusting the process, even when you don't understand it.

What it really changes in your life

Once the memories are cleared, they never return. You no longer have access to the emotional, mental, or psychological burden. The memory may remain, but the suffering disappears. A true peace sets in.

And most importantly, you emerge from this endless cycle of seeking healing. You begin to make room for your real projects . Travel, create, meet, love, rest... live.

In practice: how to start?

Any opening of karma is done through a three-session starter treatment . This is the time needed to remove the first layers: past lives, this life, existential wounds, the physical body. Then, if you continue, I reconnect with you at the right pace for your soul.

This isn't a fixed method. There's no set schedule of sessions. Everyone has their own pace, their own structure, their own path. And everything is guided by your memories .

A final word

Let go of your healing goal. Really. It drains you more than it relieves you. And paradoxically, it's by letting go of it that healing finally comes.

While you entrust your memories to me, you can return to your life. Plant flowers, go on trips, play with your children. Your body needs rest, your energy needs gentleness, and the universe needs space to act.

With tenderness,
